「商界展關懷」伙伴聯繫日 2011/12

每年的「商界展關懷」均得到各方支持，為加強伙伴合作關係，亦會舉辦「伙伴聯繫日」，以更有效持續關心社會。
適逢今年為「商界展關懷」十周年，作為計劃新生，FlexSystem出席了是次盛事，望透過計劃平台接觸更多的社會服務單位，了解他們的服務範疇，開展更多的社區合作計劃。
FlexSystem會繼續在「社區參與」﹑「綠色運動」及「關懷員工」三個層面上盡力，以行動回饋社會，履行其企業公民責任。

Caring Company Scheme is always supported by different parties among the community. To develop closer community partnerships between the third and private sector, “NGO Partnership Day” is organized every year. 
It is the 10th Anniversary of “Caring Company Scheme”, as a new join member, FlexSystem participated the event with the hope of knowing more social service units, understanding new social service initiatives and thus launching more social caring schemes.
FlexSystem will continue her efforts in the 3 aspects: “Social Involvement”, “Green Activities” and “Caring Employer”, turning concepts into actions, with the aim of fulfilling her Corporate Social Responsibilities.

IVE 資訊科技職業博覽2012

FlexSystem於4月27日參與了IVE 資訊科技職業博覽2012，為培養新一批資訊科技人才提供機會，為業界提供創意及新思維。

IVE學生的工作態度及實習經驗，讓FlexSystem有信心聘請及招攬他們為其僱員。

FlexSystem participated IVE Information Technology Career Expo 2012 on the 27th April, with the aim of developing new generations of I.T. talents that provide new concepts and ideas to the Industry. 

The working attitudes and experiences of IVE graduates give FlexSystem great confidences of hiring them as employees.

國際資訊科技博覽2012已成功在4月13至16日於香港會議展覽中心完滿舉行。各地業界代表向各國客戶展出其優秀產品。FlexSystem藉此次機會，向大眾展出新一代產品: FESA Financial 及 FESA Human Resources。

凝聚員工 ︳2012 台北旅行

於2011年間，FlexSystem同事盡心致力於為其客戶服務。

為感謝其重要夥伴，抒解他們的工作壓力，FlexSystem舉辦了公司旅行，回報同事們過往一年的工作努力。

除了鼓勵員工外，FlexSystem亦希望透過定期舉辦員工活動，加強同事的凝視和團體精神，促進員工的相互了解。
是次目的地為台北，旅行點包括十份﹑九份﹑野柳﹑烏來及大溪等地。

2012年為FlexSystem成立25周年，為了迎接這一年, FlexSystem推出了次世代產品FESA Finance 及FESA HR，並於3月27日假尖沙咀美麗華酒店舉行FlexSystem Conference 2012，向各嘉賓展示其最新功能及技術。 
FESA Finance and FESA HR融合了最新流動技術，除了一般傳統功能外，亦可支援iPad，Tablet 及其他流動電子產品，隨時隨地即時獲取最新業務管理資訊。
FlexSystem將會繼續努力不懈，創新進步，站在市場的前端，跨過另外更多的廿五年。

支持創新科技，打造創意香港 「首選香港科技」記者會

香港的創意科技水平在國際間一直處於領先水平，奈何在本地得不到重視，沒有相應支持，埋沒不少資源﹑人才及機遇。

 

為令更多港人了解本地科技產業，喚醒企業的創新科技冷感，一群資深科技業界從業員成立了「首選香港科技」，並在3月15日舉行記者會，以吸引更多資源投入，讓本港業界成果得到認證。

 

作為創新科技界的一分子，FlexSystem參與了「首選香港科技」記者會，以表達對是次活動的支持，讓各企業對本地科技更有信心，使科研成果得到應得關注，推動本港創新科技發展，培育更多人才。

 

昐能做到如「首選香港科技」的宗旨一般，「團結創新科技力量 推動本地市場 打造創新科技香港」。

 

Innovative Technology in Hong Kong is ranked the top around the world. However, they have not been receiving correspond recognitions for years. Many resources, talents and opportunities are wasted as a result.

 

To make local Innovative Technology Industry be known and arouse public awareness, a group of I.T. Professionals organized “Hong Kong Innovative Technology Preferred” and arranged a press conference on the 15th March, attempting to attract more investments and improve general I.T. statuses.

 

As a part of the industry, FlexSystem showed her support and participated the conference, with the aims of developing young talents, building up public confidence towards the industry and making technological achievements be recognized by the public.

 

It is believed that if more efforts are taken, an innovating Hong Kong will be created in foreseeable future.

商界展關懷 2011/12

FlexSystem獲香港社會服務聯會(簡稱社聯)頒授商界展關懷2011/12，表揚其在「關懷社群」﹑「關心員工」﹑「愛護環境」及「建設共融社會」4方面上的傑出表現。

 

於過往一年間，FlexSystem與不同機構合辦了多項社區活動，當中包括「鮮魚行學校」及「香港聖公會麥理浩夫人中心」等，以行動實踐公民精神。

 

商界展關懷由社聯策劃，目的在促進商界與社會福利界間的關係，讓企業在社會發展中擔任更重要角色。

 

 

FlexSystem is awarded “Caring Company 2011/12” by the Hong Kong Council of Social Service (HKCSS) for her outstanding achievements in caring for the Community, Employees and Environment.

 

In the past year, FlexSystem was cooperating with different Non-Governmental Organizations, including “Fresh Fish Traders’ School” and “H.K.S.K.H Lady MacLehose Centre”, organized several activities to promote the concept of cohesive society.

 

“Caring Company” is organized by HKCSS, aiming to build up a closer relationship between Private and Third Sector.

Winner: SMB World Award 2011 – Best Accounting System

It would be a great honor for FlexSystem to be entitled “SMB World Award – Best Accounting System” for consecutive 3 years. It shows public reputations towards FlexProducts. Not just praising FlexProducts’ qualities, but also on FlexSystem’s Customer-Oriented Spirit.

Enhancing products is always her primary mission. It is with this belief that FlexSystem keeps on upgrading her products. FlexSystem always thinks from users’ sides, finding ways to facilitate their efficiency and build up a user-friendly environment. This year, FlexSystem adopted her products to Cloud Computing Technology and launched new FlexProduct – FESA Financial Consolidation. With her professional team, FlexSystem will continue to upgrade her products.

It is FlexSystem’s pleasure to be granted the award. 2012 is coming, FlexSystem will put more efforts, working with her clients to go through the tough year. By maintaining her qualities and spirits, it is believed that FlexSystem can keep her position in the market. With her abilities, aiming to be endowed SMB World Award next year.
